A Legacy of Serving Dental Professionals
In 1969, the Shah family of Pune took a decisive step towards improving dental care across Maharashtra. Recognising that dental professionals often struggled to source reliable, quality materials and equipment, they founded Dr. Shah & Sons Dental and Medical Co. — a firm built on the values of integrity, quality, and personal service.
Over the following decades, under the stewardship of Dr. Surendra Shah, the firm forged deep relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and dental laboratories throughout Maharashtra. Dr. Surendra Shah was known not only for his expertise in dental materials but for his genuine care for the dental community he served. His guidance helped hundreds of practices procure the right products at fair prices, and his reputation for honesty was second to none.
When Dr. Surendra Shah passed away in 2021, Maharashtra's dental community mourned the loss of a figure who had truly devoted his professional life to their betterment. His son, Bharat Shah, stepped into the role of Managing Partner, carrying forward everything his father had built — and bringing his own dedication and energy to the firm's continued growth.

Bharat Shah leads the firm today with the same commitment to quality and personal service that has defined Dr. Shah & Sons since 1969. As Managing Partner, Bharat oversees all operations and is directly accessible to customers for enquiries, orders, and support.
Having grown up watching his father build the business from the ground up, Bharat brings an intimate understanding of both the dental industry's needs and the firm's relationships with its longstanding customers across Maharashtra.
